Was a very busy day for the techs so I understand it took a little longer to do their job, Think whenever this does happen the tech should tell me about how busy they are and not say give me 2 mins., then the customer will know it is going to be a busy day. Other than that the Tech did a great job and did as I requested! Thank You My Support Techs.
