I worked with your technician named Amritpal Singh for over an hour last evening, and he was very helpful and understanding of me and my technical problems. I highly recommend him for future work of this kind. My only issue was his command of the English language, mostly due to his (I think) Indian accent - his pronunciation of English words could use some polishing. Other than that, I was very satisfied with his assistance. Well done!
