I was very please with Sharad work, his professionalism, and patience. Even though it was 6.5 to 7 hour call he got both my computers working to my satisfaction. He even had to call Epson support and we talked to both Patrick and Grace who were not able to help with the issues and yet Sharad finally figured it out and got it work. Patrick from Epson was very rude and would not listen to the problem, Sharad handled very professionally when I was ready to jump through the phone and ring Patrick neck. I would have Sharad work on my system again in the future. Thank you Sharad good job.
