Fantastic! I'm a customer service director for a national company. I know what good service is. This was excellent!!!!! Monica and Sunita were both very good. The level of professionalism, knowledge and overall care of the customer was just incredible. I can't tell you what wonderful experience this as. Looking forward to working with the ladies again in the future.
