I have been working with your dept for a few days and the techs caused many more problems. they even had to reset my computer. the final tech fixed all my problems. IT took 7-8 hours it is 1:31 AM he was so patient and knowledgeable. He was very professional and calm as he went through the steps. Everything looks good from here.. but the night before when someone worked on my computers for the same amount of time then turned it on first thing and it was slow and i noticed other things. I have spent 21 hours with techs. I would get one after another, that's no way to run a business :( Thanks!
