Thank you very much to Sandeep Bijalwan. My printer would not produce copies from the laptop or just plain printing. Sandeep worked with me for several hours,I believe, trying to get copies by changing the cartridges and confirming the password and even calling HP.
I came to the conclusion that I would bring the printer to a local repair person, Sandeep's suggestion, to look at the problem and also look at a new printer.
I am very grateful for Sandeep's patience with me in explaining and re-explaining matters.
