I couldn't describe how dedicated and friendly the people in MyPhoneSupport were. I had a problem with my tablet pc and they were very patient with me considering that I have minimum knowledge with techie stuff. I would like to commend Nishand who helped me talk with the customer support of Sam***ng. I had problems talking with people with Samsung because they charged me for the support and just passed me around from one agent to another. I was surprised at how Nishand handled the situation. He represented me with the issues with Sams**g. I was on the phone with him for 2 hours with Sam**ng for my refund. Then when it was hopeless talking with Sams**ng, Nishand then told me what to do for my refund. Unfortunately, the problem with my tablet was a hardware one and since I decided to not continue my membership, they refunded me full! Definately worth your time and money.
