Ankit Kalsi worked tirelessly and diligently for the last 3 evenings on resetting my computer from being in a virus state. He did not ever give up even when it looked hopeless to me. He was excellent and used every effort to bring my computer back to working condition and put in all the software programs, connected my computer to my printer and setup all the associated working parts. He was very efficient and patient. Thanks to him! Then today I had to call back because I needed to change the Malwarebytes from Trial to Free, which Snoop did for me. He too was very efficient and thanks to him also.
