Amritpal Singh was helpful and very courteous, though the combination of our bad connection, my bad head cold, and Amritpal's heavy accent frequently made it difficult for us to communicate effectively. Nevertheless, his patience paid off, and we were able to resolve all of the issues, including installation of my Zone Alarm Internet Security software and resolution of a few final connectivity problems.
