I did a jig after Binod Pradham completed an upgrade from Win 8.1 to Win 10. Binod was a delightful young man and described the landscape of India while we waited for over two hours to "repair" Win 8.1 and load Win 10 from "scratch". I give both Binod and My Phone Support 5 stars. Too bad Binod could not supply his address or even the city he was working from because I would have liked to forward him my life story and The Young American Amateur a journal about the 58 years I have spent in the "Greatest Past Time Ever Devised by Mankind."
