When I first contacted them my computer was so bad it wouldn't stay on long enough to be fixed. To my surprise they offered to send someone over to my house to fix it. They set an appointment right then. Two days later the computer man showed up right on time and after a few hours work had it up and running. This service was included in my plan, free.
