I phoned with a number of problems which if unresolved would have caused me serious problems. Rajhu solved each problem one by one in a very professional and efficient manner while always explaining what he was doing. He also said what was necessary to calm my nerves. I am confident that he will go far in his organization and they should be proud to have him. To me he is the "poster child" of a problem solving computer technician.
