Yes, the technician Dheeraj removed the pop up virus and did all that was necessary to the PC. He was very helpful and educated us on related issues. He even installed the backup application on my laptop after finishing up with the husbands PC. He is very helpful, courteous and is a great asset to your company. He is a keeper.
