After a session with the first technician everything was great. Then I discovered I could not move the icons or files on my desktop. I tried to find where to change that issue but could not so I called back for help. Mu was the same as my first technician, very willing to help me. He was very professional and courteous. I appreciate his caring and help. I am not very computer literate and it's frustrating at times like this.
