Atul was VERY HELPFUL on a difficult problem.
Appears a system file was corrupt. After trying several solutions to prevent a fully reinstall, we had to do the install of Windows 10 Pro and Office 365. It took forever but he was with me all the way.
After the reinstall, Atul repeated all of the failed test to be sure they worked okay and they did.
