Over the past several years, I have found them to be very capable in solving computer problems. Recently, I had a problem and and clicked on their icon they placed on my desktop so that they could take control of my computer. I received a call from the technician and he addressed my issue. he then said that he does not see me as a paid member. I said that I was and was paid up until 12/01/2020. Iwas informed that myphonesupport no longer existed and I was now dealing with Premium Technical Support. Same phone numbers, he then removed their contact icon from my desktop. Scanners!!
