I bought the navy personalised backpack. It had some glue and plastic visible that I was unable to remove. My first years replaced the backpack free of charge! Though it took some time as the customer service chat is only open during my working hours and resets if you don’t respond within a certain time frame. The bag is a quality product and holds every I need for a day out with my boy
