I ordered a personalised backpack for my Niece's birthday. I ordered in just enough time for it to be delivered and was excited to give it to her. Unfortunately on receipt of the order, the lettering was unfinished making the name appear wonky. I raised this straight away with Geraldine who agreed it was sub standard. She offered me a £5 gift store voucher. I declined as I do not foresee me shopping with them again.
Poor service, poor item, poor craftmanship. AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

Don’t sign up to this service. Emails every day, take no notice when you unsubscribe never mind how many times you do it.
They ignore email complaints and then continue to email from a no reply account.
Wish I had never bought anything from them. One star for service. Other is for the product.”

“I don’t very often write reviews but I really wanted to do this one.
I ordered a personalised wooden dolls pram for my Granddaughter which had a few problems when it arrived.
I contacted Aleksandra at customer service to tell her about the problems.
Absolutely brilliant service!
The problems were sorted straight away, I have to say the customer service is second to none!
The wooden pram is beautifully made and I know my Granddaughter will love it.
I would not hesitate to recommend My 1st Years, they are a fantastic company.
I will most definitely be ordering from them again.
