Ordering process was fine and generally speaking, quite easy. One star was removed because on some product descriptions in the English language on the site in general were not up to par. Listing some products as "useful" seems redundant, as if anyone would be looking to purchase something that would be considered "useless". Sometimes the product descriptions are not even translated. More work needs to be done on this aspect. Perhaps sending the person responsible for translations on a language course, or ask a native speaker to proof read the descriptions before posting.
