“In the past MyStore was reliable. Recently it has changed. I had now problems with 2 orders. In one case I ordered 2 bottles and only one arrived. One was broken during transport and I have confirmation from post about that. In second case I ordered 4 products, 3 were delivered fine, one product was missing and insted I got something I didn't order. I contacted the customer service many times via email and via form on their web page, but nobody ever responded. I do not care if the orders are delivered on time, but they should contain the products I ordered or I should get the money back.”
