“Mauvaise, l’image et la description du produit laisse sous-entendre qu’il s’agit d’un produit officiel, or Adobe désactive systématiquement le produit avec un message d’erreur de produit non conforme. J’ai contacté le service qui m’a juste donner un moyen de contourner la sécurité pour installer le programme non conforme, sans adresser la publicité trompeuse. Pour des raisons de sécurité, je ne suis pas d’accord avec ce produit/processus.”

“When running an internet shop, you should be able to obtain a five-star review, but here is the four points why my-store.ch ended up with yet another one-star review. 1. When you receive defective goods, they provide no option for a return, nor a partial refund. 2. What they show on their website is not always what gets delivered, and they don’t always acknowledge to provide the option to return and get a refund. 3. When there are delays in delivering or they find themselves unable to deliver what you ordered, they don’t inform you properly and simply end up sending whatever is deliverable. 4. You have to continuously send emails or call them to get some action taken when you have issues with an order.”

“Wir brauchten das Artikel relativ schnell. Lieferzeit ist von 17.08-20.08 gestanden und wir haben es aus diesem Grund bestellt weil wir am 22.08 sollten haben. Leider ist das Zelt erst am 24.08 geliefert worden und wir können das jetzt nicht mehr brauchen.”

“In general, there’s not much to complain about because the deals are attractive—especially when it comes to travel—even if the prices are pretty high. I understand that delivery delays can happen, but on one occasion, the product was delivered about two months after the original delivery date. However, the Deindeal concept is still appealing and clever.”
