“Ich habe drei Kerzen bestellt. Zwei davon sind einwandfrei angekommen. Bei der dritten, einer grossen Baobab-Kerze, war das Glasgefäss beim Transport jedoch zu etwa einem Drittel zerbrochen. Dadurch ist die Kerze nicht nur optisch beschädigt, sondern aufgrund der scharfen Kanten auch kaum mehr sicher verwendbar. Als Lösung wurde mir bisher eine Gutschrift von CHF 40.– angeboten – bei einem Kaufpreis von CHF 419.– für diese Kerze. Das empfinde ich leider nicht als angemessene Lösung für einen beim Transport beschädigten Artikel. Würde ich nochmals bestellen? Nein.”

“Very bad, I always buy on MyStore but their is always a delivery cost and last some my shopping delivered after a month. I think This is not normal and if I send you something back as returns normally must be paid back but MyStore doing not like this they give me vouchers and also with expiry date, is this normal ?? Thank you”
