“there was a 2 weeks delay of my order, I did receive eventually but had to spend many telephone calls spread over many days to understand how to receive ... I was supplied the wrong phone number of the courier which has two departements, the tracking numbers are not known from one departement to the other (definately to be given as feedback to the courier planzer that was otherwise helpfull and proffesional), most of the employees of mystore.ch gave a brush-off, the one that did her best did not know the destiction between parcels and 'stuckgut' ... I gues that the company is otherwise solid, this was a big order of three fridges and I did eventually recaive the right articles for a very fair price ...”

“It’s was good doing online shopping in my store but while returning the things it costed more than the delivery fee so that’s one reason it’s make me awkward to buy them or not…. Other online apps which I use is free returns and above 50 chf it’s free delivery too.”

“Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei Martina im Headspa und habe mich schon beim Betreten sofort wohlgefühlt. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und von Anfang an professionell begleitet. Martina ist sehr organisiert und hat einen sehr angenehmen Ablauf, wodurch ich mich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Zu Beginn wurde mir meine Kopfhaut gezeigt und alles verständlich erklärt. Danach startete die Behandlung, die einfach nur entspannend war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die unglaublich angenehmen Massagen sowie die hochwertigen Produkte, sowohl vom Duft als auch vom Gefühl her ein echtes Erlebnis. Im Anschluss hat mich Martina kompetent darüber beraten, was sie bei meiner Kopfhaut beobachtet hat, was ich sehr hilfreich fand. Zum Abschluss wurden meine Haare noch schön geföhnt, ein perfekter Abschluss. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann diese Behandlung absolut weiterempfehlen. Ob als Geschenkidee mit einem Gutschein oder um sich selbst etwas Gutes zu tun, es ist eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, tief zu entspannen.”

“Bonne expérience en général, mais certains retours prennent beaucoup de temps à être comptabilisés. Sans la confirmation de la poste, votre équipe ne parvenait pas à trouver le retour... il leur fallait la preuve. Certaines commandes auraient dû être livrées il y a plusieurs jours/semaines et aucune nouvelle... la commande a toujours un statut de "en cours de préparation".”
