“Compliquée! Souvent les articles n'ont pas la bonne description. Récemment j'ai reçu un coussin qui venais avec la boîte était ouverte et il y avait des cheveux sur le tissu. Cet article n'était même pas classé comme "pas nouveau".”

“I made my order on 2 June 2025. Today is 11 June, and I have not yet received it even though it was indicated 1-2 days for delivery. In general, all deliveries have started coming late without any notification. I have another two orders that are pending delivery since 4 June and 6 June.”

“Le temps de réception a été très long et la livraison une catastrophe le postier des colis m’a laissé le paquet extrêmement lourd devant la porte extérieur de l’immeuble que quiconque pouvait emporter il n’a même pas sonner à l’interphone pour m’avertir que le paquet était arrivé et je n’ai eu aucun suivi d’envoi je ne suis pas certaine de recommander chez vous je n’ai pas encore déballé le paquet pour savoir si tout est en ordre”
