I ordered something that was delivered with the wrong items, the parcel was rather big, and I had to go to the post to send it back in order to get my money back, I wasted my time and effort in posting that huge box back to the post office. So it was a waste of my time. Moreover, I was not assured to receive what I actually order, so double waste of time. I wouldn't mind wasting my time in doing this if the item I received were what I ordered but I didn't like it, but since i received something I did not order I felt double frustrated. Some months ago I ordered something and the order was canceled from your end. so I never received the items. So I would say that is not the first time I had a bad experience with this online store. I did have other orders fulfilled perfectly. But as you might know, bad experiences always overcome good ones.
