I always have problems with the deliveries with dpd. Even though I gave them the door access code almost two years ago, and till this time the drivers keeps putting delivery notice, i have to keep chasing them, even this time I rescheduled the delivery for the next day and added the code next to my name on their system. And when he came to my building with someone’s else package i had to ask the driver about mine and insisted for him to look inside the van, it took him 10 minutes till he found it buried inside and just gave blame excuses. I hope there is an end to the incompetence of the logistics part, other than that all is good happy about the item. Thanks, Ibrahim
