Very poor. I have not received my order.
Delivery man (DPD) called me and I gave him our door code with permission to leave the parcel at our front door. I was very upset to receive an email notification within minutes later saying that you were "unable to deliver" and that I had to pick the goods up at les cygnes! I work full time and the opening hours and the distance to les cygnes make it impossible to pick up BOXES within just a few days. To have to pay for delivery adds the insult to injury.
