The carrier pdp left the parcel on street. On that day I came back home late. There is a lot traffic on this street, and anyone could have taken it. The carrier rule indicates that the parcel can only be left, in the absence of recipient, in a safe place. Street is not a safe place. FYI is pdp common practice to leave the parcel on the street. This is not a the first time.
