The last 6 years I am shoping from your store, and I was very satisfied so far. However, on that order, DPD delivered my parcel in a wrong place. I spent a lot of time and effort trying to find where my parcel is! Through their delivered GPS coordinates, I found the location where it was delivered and I informed your contact center, which responded fast. I have now received my parcel. In fact I am dissapointed from the delivery company, but since they deliver the products for you, they actually represent you. I got my parcel with a delay of 5 days.
