I used to be a loyal customer, but now I am thinking of not buying anything again from mystore. I do not complain about the quality or the price. But the delivery service that they may use is so inflexible and late. I have not received the last items that I purchased more than 2 weeks ago.
I am happy if mystore delivers using DPD or Swisspost, but I always have issues if they use Planzer Paket as the delivery service (which happens in my last purchase). And as buyers, it is out of our control as we do not know what delivery services they may use.
It is indeed too bad that you lose customers because of a stupid mistake you did in choosing the delivery service.
