Seeing as items returned are not always available to reorder within a year, money should be refunded.
Searching for alternatve items to spend the voucher on can be very long and time consuming.
Description of clothing is not always accurate and therefore necessitates a return. Also, resulting in a loss of shipping costs. Even though return shipping is included, having to reorder an item comes at another shipping cost.
