good products. good delivery time. very bad customer service. I selected the products but for one I passed the order with the incorrect size. I placed another order for the correct size and I sent an email to customer service to ask not to deliver the trousers for the incorrect S size and to reimburse me. I received the reply to my email after 2/3 days when the order was already shipped. Hence I asked the lady to send me a coupon because I did not want to pay for the delivery given the fact I notify the mistake immediately after but due to the delay of the Mysotr ecustomer service the good was shipped anyway. Again another person replied to my email telling me to ship the good to get reimbursed with no reply to my request of receiving a coupon for a free return. I wrote back once again and once again I know I must wait at least 2/3 days to receive a reply which very likely will not AGAIN have attached my free return coupon. TIme of replies too long and all the time someone different replies which probably very superficially replies without truly understanding and reading the questions asked by the clients to me it is inacceptable compared to the customer service of other online swiss companies.
