Not good. I bought an old version of the Compex. I realized 30 minutes later that you had the new version so I called to cancel the first order and ordered the new version which is X4 the price. Your customer service refused to cancel my order and I received and paid CHF8 for postage to send it back. Now I am waiting for 7 days for my new order that has not arrived. I need it badly and I have no communication at all from your store.
