The delivery was very late. The product didnt arrive on the expected day. The phone lines were out of order and the email responds took so long! When the product finally arrived there were missing parts such as a wooden part which has to be put on the shelf to make the connection. Unacceptable. This was the first time I ordered and obviously the very last one
