Disaster. Bought champagne deliberately on their website due to short shipping time, with express delivery 1-2 working days. Arrived 4 days later, after the party I bought it for. Tracking link with the courier did not work, Customer service did not even apologize, could not cancel my order, did not offer any commercial gesture.
