My job was done by Peak Roofing. It was a total replacement of a quite long flat roof. Lester assessed the job honestly pointing out the roof must be replaced; it could not be repaired. The truth of that showed when he removed the felting to expose a very rotten set of OSB. He gave a clear statement of the work to be done. He scheduled it according to the forecast for 2 days of dry, albeit cold weather. The work was completed on time and throughout Lester provided a running series of photos and short M$ videos with explanations as I was not prepared to go up on the roof.
