I have never used My Builder. I am not a tradesman or a customer. However, recently just over £1000 was taken from my bank account by My Builder. I instantly called my bank and was forwarded to the fraud team. My details had been stolen and used with My Builder. I believe that My Builder owes me my money back. I have tried calling them but the phone is always engaged?! You cannot get through on the phone. I've sent emails and had no response. If anyone, customer or tradesman is thinking of using this company, I would advise to stay well clear. From reading the reviews it's all a scam and they clearly just want your money regardless of how they get it. It's disgusting that a company like this is allowed to keep going. Not only do they seem to con the tradesmen that use them and ignore genuine customers, they also seem to think its OK to take money from someone's bank account who has been a victim of fraud. Appalling.
