As a trader for 5 years and having 92% positive feedback we feel really let down. No support, you have to book in a time slot to actually talk to someone, they never call back, they dont listen and just take your money. 9 times out of 10 you can't contact the lead, (ARE THEY ACTUAL LEADS I ASK?) Then you charged for being shortlisted.
