Using MyBuilder.com is so easy & takes the worry out of hiring an unknown tradesman for the first time.
Just post your job on the site, sit back and wait for the builders, etc. to come to you. Then vet them by checking their profiles and the all important reviews from previous customers. Your contact details are safely guarded until you decide who you want to share them with.
I have had two jobs done by different builders and both companies did a lovely job for very reasonable prices.
I have no complaints. I would highly recommend MyBuilder.com.
