SCAM, FRAUD, RUDE, TERRIBLE SERVICE I wonder how they managed to have such good reviews. they are all fake. and not surprised to see all the negative comments. It seems to be the standard scenario - they won't bother once you pay them. they won't turn up on time, suggest to leave your house unlocked for them, do an awful job and when you complain, they threaten you (they actually said they would call the police on us for making false claims). since despite telling them I am a mother of 3 kids, please I need my refund. they do not care. It's been over 7 months and I'm still waiting for my refund. they were also were incredibly rude on the phone Outrageous company. This company is a fraud they claimed to be associate with gas safe and the british cleaning association but this is not true.
