Steer well clear!!!!
after changing the original appointment they then sent an email confirming a total different time to that they had just asked to change it to and then after my 85yr old dad driving an hour to the property to meet the chap he just didn't arrive and when phoned the office couldn't locate him !!!.
Realy strange .
