Really poor customer service. They operate a chat function that is pointless, given the response is always to 'call this number' or log in and create a ticket, and when you do call, you're through to someone who lets just lacks the social skills to help. It works when the contractors you book turn up, but if anything goes wrong, it all falls apart, mainly because there's been zero investment in customer service and staff training. The website takes the strain, but human touch is far more important, and that where it falls apart with My Constructor.
