Tried getting an EPC from a letting agency, they looked around and said it was too complicated because of the unconventional layout of the house and they hadn't done basements before. They said they could get a specialist team in to do it.
Simon came in and did it himself with no problems. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing whereas the letting agents didn't.
