I'd not heard of site before and was hesitant, however I did enquire & booked.
The communication was great especially with the names, photos and info of the tradesman.
I opted to pay cash (as I was still a little dubious)
Blaine was attentive in his communication. We amended the appt due to work arrangements. He arrived promptly and was polite and friendly.
We communicated what access was needed which was helpful.
