John was very friendly and easy to talk to. I liked the fact he took off his shoes indoors without being asked! He explained what he was going to do , any paperwork that he would find useful eg solar panel and cavity wall certifications and when the epc certificate would be ready. In fact he sent it that evening so very efficient. Would thoroughly recommend him.
