Service was good, but a little tricky due to Hafsa’s (engineer) poor English. He had my sympathy at the time as I recognise that he may have spent little time in England, but communication was difficult. I didn’t want to upset Hafsa as he must have felt as frustrated as me , but being able to understand each other is crucial for both customer and engineer.
