Lesnik was great, came across London to do the clean, however i was not impressed with my constructor. Someone was supposed to come the day b4 who was ill, so an appointment was made for the next day at 1pm. When I rang at 2pm to find out where they were I was told that they would be there by 4pm. Lesnik arrived at approx 5.30pm when noone was there to let him in. He had not been told to get there by 4pm. Luckily a neighbour was able to let him in. Communication needs to be better.
