Brendan was initially given the job on a Friday when he wasn't working in the area, so poor allocation by the MyConstructor team, not Brendan's fault. He then personally rearranged the job with me and did it at the next opportunity he had, which was the following Tuesday afternoon, then completed the necessary paperwork so the Energy performance Certificate was on the government website that evening. Excellent service.
