I had 'Spark Electrical' around to my apartment for a EICR certificate. I'm in the process of renting the property out and have to get a few things in play before a tenant can move in. Chris was a friendly guy, very knowledgeable in his craft and was easy to speak with both casually and 'educationally.' He kindly explained some of the issues spotted, what it meant and offered solutions and fixes. I've had the report now and was satisfied with the experience.
