I have had a mycubesafe for approximately 8 years. The safe has been reliable and very frequently used. I have replaced the batteries about 2 or 3 times over the course of that time. Recently, I had a failure of the motorized locking mechanism. I contacted mycubesafe for service. After describing the issue, they replaced the locking mechanism for FREE!!! This level of support, particularly for an older device, is remarkable. I would highly recommend the safe and the company.
